Will I lose my trial data when I start the subscription?

No. Starting a RedmineUP subscription doesn't influence any data on your account. [[toc]]

1. Create a free account

Registration of your account takes only a minute and doesn't require a credit card or agreement. On the sign-up form, we'll ask you only about your name, a business mail address, a work phone number and an account's subdomain of your choice. Create a RedmineUP Cloud account right now.

A link to your account will be sent right after the registration.

RedmineUP Tip: The best approach is to start the trial as a straight-shooter. Create a real project, add real users, and work on your real tasks. All the data will be saved when you move from trial to an ongoing subscription. You can always email us to assist you in data migration.

2. Upgrade to a Paid account

Once you registered for a free trial, you can work on a fully-functional system for 15 days. To continue the subscription after the trial, click on the Upgrade Plan button, that you'll find in the left corner of the top menu. You will be redirected to the page where you select the plan for your team:

Next step is to click Order Now the plan that you choose. By default monthly subscription is selected:

However, you can choose an annual payment, to get the same value for a lower price. With one annual payment, you get two months for free. To select it, please click on Edit and then on the Annual option.

RedmineUP Tip: At the checkout page, in the payment section at the bottom of the page, you will see an Automatic Billing option. By default, it is selected to let you work without any unnecessary breaks. Automatic billing enables auto-renewal each billing period, what saves your time, and frustration from possible delays in case you'd miss the payment.
