Add more Helpdesk reports
Currently there is only a report for "First response time" and "Busiest time of day". (https://www.redmineup.com/pages/help/helpdesk/charts-and-reports)
I suggest to also add reports for "Response time", "Time to reaction" and "Time to resolve". This way you get a better overview over the whole ticket process and can identify which steps takes the longest.
