Helpdesk summarizing issues for a given customer if there is already an open issue
I have set up the Redmine UP Helpdesk plugin and I'm creating the issues via API. But I would like to append any further issues to an existing open issue if there is an open issue for this customer. When there is no open issue for a given customer, I would like to open a new issue. Is this somehow possible?
