I created a custom Redmine field for "Sprint Team" since we have multiple teams.
I then create and save a Custom query for "TeamA Sprint", "TeamB Sprint" etc. and it saves the filter criterion I selected for the the "Sprint team", e.g. TeamA.
However, the Sprint (dropdown at the top) is not saved, so every time anyone selects the custom query they then have to pick the current sprint from the drop-down to see the relevant sprint's data.

Please save the selected Sprint as part of the Custom query (filter criteria).
