In our company, we use Redmine Up's CRM to manage our sales through a project called "SALES." However, we often need to include issues from a different project, "INTERNAL-TASKS," within the deals from SALES, which is currently not possible.

Our objective is to keep INTERNAL-TASKS issues strictly related to internal tasks, such as the production of a sample, while allowing us to monitor the status of these tasks directly from the SALES deal. Although we can create an issue in SALES, link it to the deal, and then create a corresponding issue in INTERNAL-TASKS linked back to the SALES's issue, as parent-chlild , this process is overly complicated.
