CRM plugin - differentiate between sent email and received email
In the CRM plugin users can add Notes to Deals. This Notes can be categorized as Notes, Meetings, Calls or emails.
It would be very useful to be able to separate sent emails from received emails. When there are multiple of them, it would visually help to understand the history of the deal. This is true specially for someone that has not been involved and has to review all the email exchange.
