It would be very useful to create a web page with the CMS plugin that includes a form to retrieve information from interested potential customers.
A good example would be a form to subscribe to a newsletter. It could be for other reasons, so it should be able to manage different forms for different purposes.
The contact information could be added with a specific tag to differentiate it from existing contacts, and create a way to filter them.
A warning system would also be useful, like notifying someone in the Sales team, or adding a taks / issue for that Sales manager.
