Would like to enhance the Favorite Projects features by making the favorites more useful.

- Add a Favorite Projects module to My Page, which displayed a list of Projects marked “favorite” by the user.

- Filter Issues by Favorite Project. If this were possible, it would also be possible to create a custom query which includes Issues pertaining only to favorite projects.
