No answer from Support Team since 2 weeks / CRM pro PlugIn

Does everybody have the same problem as I have? I bought a Pro License for the CRM Plugin, and I have some concrete questions sent to support@redmineup.com. No answer since two weeks, nor from Support, nor Sales Team?
I'm very disappointed. Thank you for any help and ideas.
These are the questions:- 1.) How can I send emails with MY sender information. That means, every user is sending with its own sender information (michael@..., peter@..., ...).
- 2.) Is there an option to TAG a company?
- 3.) How can I inform a friend (has a redmine account too) in the notes (maybe @Peter)
- 4.) How do I attach Tickets to a Person or Company?
- 5.) The button for adding Tasks to contacts is missing (exactly what is mentioned on your homepage as 'bug'). How can I add it (see attachments)?

I recently got an answer, but only because I used the form on their webpage to send a mail.
It seems like they don't receive mails addressed to support@redmineup.com?!

Hi, Marco. We would like to deeply apologize for the inconvenience. In general, both tickets are received from the widget form as well as the ones sent to support@redmineup.com (from email). It could be possible that sometimes the emails got lost on the way for some unknown reasons. Sorry again. We will do an internal investigation to see if there is some problem with our servers.
