No contacts from days from remineUP, are they still in business?

on 29th april 2021 i've sent an email to REDMINEUP, no answers.
on 30th april 2021 've sent another email to support. no naswers.
on 4th april 2021 i've sent another email to sales. no answers.

Have you got any info about them?
I've a cloud tenant with RedmineUp and i'm a bit worried.

I experience the same problem. Strange because I always had great customer support.
Maybe Dimitar had an accident? Or maybe he got sick?

I have just checked and there are no opened tickets in our system linked to your domain scao.it. May I ask you to resend it again? Could you please share the ticket ID as well of the mentioned opened ticket?
