"Costs and rates" moved from People plugin to Budget plugin, but where is it?
The advertising for the People plugin (https://www.redmineup.com/pages/plugins/people) says it includes "Costs and Bill rates".
Rates is also promoted on the What's New page: https://www.redmineup.com/pages/plugins/people/whatsnew
When we have been looking for where to set the default rates it seems like it is no longer there compared with the earlier version and we've just found a changelog entry (https://www.redmineup.com/pages/plugins/people/updates) that in April:
"Costs and rates moved to Budgets plugin"
The problem is that we can't find that plugin anywhere. There are outdated Rates and Budget plugins over on the Redmine site but that doesn't seem to be what you are talking about.
What are we missing?
